Zero Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

Royal Fleets strictly prohibits the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any intoxicating substances by drivers while on duty.

In accordance with the City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire Ordinance Sec. 47A-2.1.6, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy.

Policy Rules

Drivers may not:

• Consume alcohol before or during service
• Operate a vehicle under the influence of drugs
• Possess open containers of alcohol in the vehicle
• Use prescription medication that impairs driving ability while working

Enforcement

Violations will result in:

• Immediate removal from service
• Suspension or termination
• Possible reporting to authorities
