Rates & Pricing
Royal Fleets provides luxury, professional Transportation-for-Hire services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Below is our standard rate information, as outlined in the City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire Ordinance.
Vehicle & Hourly Rates
Luxury SUV $90/hour
Executive Premium Luxury SUV $110/hour
Stretch Limousines $200/hour
Sprinter Van $175/hour
Distance-Based Rates (SUV Services Only)
First 4 miles:
$90 minimum base charge
Additional miles:
- Luxury SUV: $3.13 per mile
- Executive Premium SUV: $3.50 per mile
Stretch Limousines and Sprinter vehicles are not subject to distance-based pricing.
Minimum Booking
All services require a minimum 4-hour booking.
Additional Charges May Apply
- Extended wait time
- Extra stops or route changes
- Special events or peak dates
- Late-night/holiday service
- Cleaning or damage fees
- Cancellation or no-show fees
Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to each booking. 100% goes directly to your chauffeur. Gratuities are voluntary and may be adjusted upon request.
Cancellation Policy
- Airport transfers: minimum 8-hour notice
- Charters: minimum 72-hour notice
- Proms, conventions & special events: 30% non-refundable deposit required
Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed the full reservation amount.
Wait Time Policy
Complimentary wait times:
- Departures: 10 minutes
- Domestic arrivals: 20 minutes
- International arrivals: 30 minutes
After the complimentary period, waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s
hourly rate.
