Royal Fleets is committed to providing safe and equal transportation services for all passengers, including those with disabilities.
All drivers are required by law and company policy to accommodate passengers traveling with foldable mobility devices.
Accepted Mobility Devices
- Foldable wheelchairs
- Foldable walkers
- Foldable scooters
- Canes, crutches, and assistive devices
Drivers will assist with storing mobility devices when physically able.
Devices that safely fit in the vehicle’s trunk or back seat without obstructing the driver’s visibility will always be accommodated.
Royal Fleets strictly prohibits discrimination against any passenger with a disability.
